After 15 years as a trainer and coach, Rick still genuinely loves helping people get fit and healthy (closely followed by surfing and drinking coffee).
A self-confessed "fitness nerd", Chris' eye for finding technical flaws in a movement, and his thirst for knowledge make him an amazing coach.

Can I bring my kids while I train?
CrossFit Mur'bah is a very "family-friendly" facility as we have a secure kids section where your kids (under 8) can safely hang out. From here, they can see you at all times and you can attend to them if needed. The older kids are also welcome and they have their own space to safely watch you as you train.
I am already so busy, how can I fit CrossFit into my full schedule ?
We understand that you spend your days hustling from one task to the next - most of our members are the same. But by committing to at least two hours of training per week, you will feel more energised, less stressed and ready to take on the rest of your responsibilities with a new lease of life.
I have an injury, can I still train at CrossFit Mur'bah?
Of course! Before you start training, we will do a 90 minute one-on-one intro session to establish any limitations you may have. Most situations we can work together to improve and any others we will refer you to a health professional. Most members have some limitations that we help overcome through the CF and Yoga classes.
Do I need to get fit before I start training at CrossFit Mur'bah?
Definitely not. Now is the perfect time to get started regardless of your age, experience, fitness level and whether you have cool training gear or not. After going through our "Intro to CrossFit" session with Rick, we will ease you into the classes and scale the workouts to suit your level right from day 1.
